American West Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your American West piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth and straightforward return or exchange process.

✦ Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Returns received after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

✦ Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect our customers and maintain product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • International orders
  • Gift cards
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

✦ How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back.

  1. Email our team at customerservice@americanwest.cc to request an RA number.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may be refused or delayed.

✦ Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same RA request process.
Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement.

✦ Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is delivered.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

✦ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll take care of the issue promptly.

✦ Buy One Get One (BOGO) Purchases

For BOGO promotions, returns must include all items from the promotion.
Partial returns are not eligible for refunds.

✦ International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
