International Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with American West. We’re happy to offer international shipping so you can enjoy our products wherever you are. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our International Shipping Policy.

1. Returns for International Orders

We DO NOT accept returns for international orders.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped and potentially not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. International Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to most countries. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, holidays).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

American West is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

American West is not liable for any products damaged or lost during international shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
